Strong case for primary accountability here. The 85.7% metric is definately attention-grabbing, but what really matters is which specific votes diverged from party consensus and why. I saw a similar situation in a local race where voting records became the cenral issue, and it turned out context mattered way more than percentages alone.

He is a democrat. He hangs out & gets $$$ from Conservation Voters for Idaho. One look at their board members tells you all you need to know.
